Appropriated Gender

“Appropriated Gender” is a juried group exhibition of 44 artists, both regional and national, situated across 3 floors of galleries.  The open call asked for artists that explore gender perception and the fluidity of self-identity. The exhibition offered a diverse range of aesthetic and conceptual approaches - from witty, campy, or humorous to observational, intuitive, and personal.

This exhibition was funded in part by a CIP grant from the Broward Cultural division.
